Lina is a tri-lingual, internationally trained legal professional with over a decade of experience spanning litigation, legal advisory, contract negotiation, arbitration, and comparative legal analysis across both Civil and Common Law systems. Known for her precision, global perspective, and strategic insight, Lina has advised senior executives across diverse industries, negotiated complex cross-border agreements, ensured compliance with anti-corruption and data privacy regulations, and led the development of internal policies and employee training programs.
Grounded in a robust academic foundation in law and diplomacy, Lina holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Université Paris-Sud XI and an LL.B. from La Sagesse University. Her legal acumen was further sharpened through prestigious internships at the International Criminal Court and the Special Tribunal for Lebanon in The Hague, where she contributed to legal memoranda, compliance frameworks, and comparative legal research.
Serving as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Jaber Law Firm, Lina brings a wealth of experience from Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Her practice encompasses corporate and commercial law, financial services, arbitration, legal research and writing, and multilingual document analysis. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex legal challenges with integrity, diligence, and a deep commitment to justice.
Lina has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2008 and is actively involved with the International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law (ISCRL) of Canada and the Association des Juristes d’Expression Française de la Colombie-Britannique (AJECB). She has spoken at legal conferences, contributed to legal education initiatives, and volunteered with numerous non-profit organizations both in Lebanon and internationally.
